Whitelist a specific extension in Firefox's “Open Executable File” warning

For some filetypes, Firefox (v72.0.2 on Windows 10 in my case) shows a dialog box with the headline "Open Executable File?" followed by a warning when I download a file from the Internet and double-click it in Firefox' download list.

The executable filetypes with such a warning include the .prg extension, which subsequently runs the file in an emulator. Since the process is anyway well sandboxed this way, how can I turn off the warning for this file type?
