Cursor doesn't come back to touched point from a second monitor if the area is a specific app

Question

I'm using Surface Pro X with an external monitor.

When I lose the cursor I touch the main monitor to bring back the cursor.

But when I touch on some apps like Edge, the cursor doesn't come back to the touched point. (The touch-action itself works)

I want to bring back the cursor every time I touch monitor. Is there a configuration for it?
