I am trying to RDP from my Macbook Air 11 (newest macOS & microsoft RDP software) to my Windows 10 machine. Both machines are on the same network and I am using my desktop name / id to connect to it from my mac. When I connect and put in my account details for my pc the RDP opens on my mac but the screen goes black and I can't do anything, then on my windows PC I get logged out of my user account.
Something that might be good to know is that I have one of my 2 harddrives encrypted using veracrypt, however I do not get prompted to put in anything upon connecting.
