ZPL script not working

Question

I am an IT engineer setting up a computer for 2 new co-workers. We use NetSuite and my predecessor set up a script (SuiteScript aka JavaScript) on NetSuite to print to a label printer that also uses ZPL. Once that is set up the script will run and will print to that label printer.

I've set this up a dozen times just fine before, but no matter what I do, it will not print to the label printer on this computer. There is no error and the results screen looks perfectly fine except nothing happens.

I've checked the name of the printer, copied over my working printer settings, reinstalled the web browsers (Chrome and IE), reinstalled the printers, turned off the firewall, ran as admin and still nothing. There has to be something in the computer settings that is preventing the script from actually printing to the label printer.

It's a windows 7 HP ProBook 450 G3 running Windows 10. I'm not sure if I'm missing a rule that allows this computer-to-printer communication to work, or if it's a web browser thing (it only works on IE and Chrome with the IE extension).
