Citrix ShareFile - "Hello Anonymous User" after logging in, then immediately kicked out

Question

I am experiencing an issue when logging into the web version of Citrix ShareFile.

1. I navigate to my company's internal ShareFile URL, something like myorganization.sharefile.org.

2. I log in using my company credentials (Outlook credentials in this case)

3. On the Welcome / Home screen, I am seeing a "Hello Anonymous User" message, then I am immediately kicked off the platform.

Does anyone know why this issue might be occurring? Is there an issue with my company's ShareFile domain? Any insight is appreciated.
