I have my college password saved in Chrome, but when the login page appears, it doesn't autofill. I have to click the password box and then my username from the "dropdown". I only have one account saved for this website. It used to autopopulate both the username and password, but after they changed the login page layout, it does not anymore.

Perhaps delete your Chrome passwords in Credential Manager (Windows Control Panel) for the old log in. Then restart, go to Chrome, make sure it is set to retain passwords and try again – John – 2020-01-06T02:27:18.017
