I have notice that something wrong with my GPU Process always at 100% while I'm not running any high process program. Actually I've just restarted my laptop and opened a browser (any one: ie, Firefox, chrome) and GPU becomes 100%. Or I might open windows setup and it did the same. Even you already end up all running process, The GPU Usage wont get down. Running on Windows 10 64 bit
Could you give me some advice/ any solution?

What is running ? The screen shot does not show. I have Intel Graphics here (520) and GPU shows < 5%. Did you download the latest driver for the video? Mine is dated this past July 19 – John – 2020-01-04T00:54:43.090
1You have CyberLink YouCam open, which I know can be graphically intensive, I don't trust task manager reporting 0% usage. – Ramhound – 2020-01-04T01:06:43.017
