Since installing the OS I had a problem where CUPS throws a Forbidden error. However, if I try going to "Manage Printers" in Start Menu CUPS web interface works, and sees local printers.
I have tried everything, from purging and reinstalling it both CUPS and system-config-printer, adding myself to lpadmin group etc. I could not find any other solution on the internet to the problem.
