I use last version of gpsell from this url "https://github.com/martinpaljak/GlobalPlatformPro/releases?after=v0.3.10rc9" but return this error :

Running on Windows 7 6.1 amd64, Java 1.8.0_181 by Oracle Corporation
PC/SC failure: SCardGetStatusChange got response 0x6c6 (null: null)
And use old version of gpshell not any error. Why ?
