Ctrl-Shift language switching breaks all other key combinations, starting from Ctrl-Shift in KDE

If I set Ctrl-Shift to switch languages in KDE, I loose ability to press any combinations strarting from it like Ctrl-Shif-F. Why? Can we normally configure this combination without violating any others?
