For some reason, the Word and Excel icons disappear from my Taskbar. I use Windows 10 and Office 365.
I've tried several things, but they still didn't show up. When I formatted the computer, they got back for a while but only to disappear again after a while.
Why can I not see the Word and Exel icon?

From an Admin Command prompt, run: dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth followed by SFC /SCANNOW . Restart and test. Do you have legacy (old) software installed that might be doing this? – John – 2019-12-15T11:53:27.180
