Where is the order of pinned jump list items stored?

Question

In Windows, when right clicking on an item in the taskbar, the jump list (recent files and pinned files) appears. Where is the order of pinned jump list items stored?

(Pinned jump list items are not to be confused with other things.)

It seems that the order of pinned jump list items is not stored in the same place as where the order of taskbar shortcuts is stored, because the latter doesn't change when I modify the former.
