Game Clips Are Saved In Videos And Not In Captures Folder

Question

I want to save my game clips by game bar in the captures folder but there is no captures folder. All the game clips are saved in C:\USERS\MANMILAN\VIDEOS. While others have a captures folder in the videos where all the game clips are saved.
