Wildcard subdomain specific directory

Question

In my cPanel, I have created a wildcard subdomain entry (*.domain.com), so every time I visit non-existent-subdomain.domain.com I have a page displayed.

However, I need to be able to assign a specific folder for each subdomain part of this wildcard. For example, if the directory for *.domain.com is /public_html/wildcard/, I need something.domain.com point to /public_html/wildcard/something, thus allowing me to easily and dynamically manage subdomain content via PHP.

Is this possible and how can it be achieved? Thank you in advance!
