Bluetooth Stop Working unexpectedly

0

My laptop is an HP envy 15 Notebook 15-q002la

The Bluetooth sometimes stop working unexpectedly, all of the things that I have with Bluetooth just get disconnected.

In order to give you a little bit of context: I thought this was happening for a new Bluetooth keyboard I just install, but actually, this was happening before with my headphones. I look upon the internet and it says this could be caused by windows update but if that's the reason I actually don't know how to solve it since the solutions listed by Microsoft and other forums are just useless or too basic.

While trying to do something I just opened the hp help assistant and I check out there was a Bluetooth driver update, I installed but the problem still persist.

Another thing I tried is to disable the Bluetooth device from the device manager. this temporarily solves the problem(sometimes) because I can enable the Bluetooth again and connect the keyboard, but after a few hours: it stop working again.

The events registered by the event viewer are listed below in the same order:

  1. The Bluetooth HID device is out of range or not responding. Origin: HidBth, Event ID: 2

  2. Windows cannot store Bluetooth authentication codes (link keys) on the local adapter. Bluetooth keyboards may not work in the system BIOS during startup. Origin: BTHUSB, Event ID: 18

  3. The local adapter does not support an important low-power controller status to support peripheral mode. The minimum required compatible status mask is 0x2491f7fffff and 0x1fffffff was obtained. The functionality of peripheral role of low consumption will not be available. Origin: BTHUSB, Event ID: 34

Let me know if there are some suggestions about how to handle this issue. thanks in advance
