I have some trouble with a SBS 2011 Server and exchange 2010. I restored it with a 2 weeks old backup. The system hasn't changed, only the content of the exchange 2010 is lost.
But, fortunately I have a copy of the exchange database (and other files) from the same day where the server crashes.
Is it possible to substitute "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\" with the older version? Of course I stop all Exchange Services while copying the data.
Its a typical question where I can find an answer by trying things. Copying the data is time expensive, so I prefer to ask you.
