I use Keepass2 password manager for managing my passwords with FireFox plugin KeeFox (now Kee). For generation of new password I use my custom pattern profile with guidelines provided in here. I saved it in under custom name so that it will show up in generate password profiles (in addition to default options like Hex Key 40, 128, 258 and random mac).
Once I save my password profile, first few times it works perfectly but after some time it disappears from the custom profile list. I have observed this multiple times and across two platforms (Windows 10 and Arch Linux). Do anyone know what is going on and how to stop this behavior?

Keygen custom profiles are stored in the file
KeePass.config.xml. If a profile disappears you should check this file if the profile is just not displayed or if it had been deleted from the config file. – Robert – 2019-11-17T12:47:44.893
