You can easily find out those values yourself using Sysinternals process Monitor. In the end you will see these values:

Key   : HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows Photo Viewer\Slideshow\Screensaver
Value : Speed (DWORD) 
Values: 0-2 (slow-fast)
