I want to investigate why my os takes longer time to shutdown/restart as it is stuck in "stopping services". I have windows 2008 R2 server. I tried to find solution over internet that suggest to use "Applications And Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows\Diagnostics-Performance\Operational" in event viewer but for Server edition this feature is not present. Can you help me to get any other way to check which service is taking time to stop while shutting down the os?
