I want to change Default input language programmatically at Windows startup.
The reason for that is I have one keyboard layout on my laptop and other on my external (USB) keyboard, which is connected to the docking station.
I can detect (programmatically) if my computer is on the docking station or standalone.
OS is Windows 7 SP1.
Every solution is valuable: command prompt, VB script, VB6.
