Arduino connectiond problems

I have problem with connecting arduino UNO to my computer ( my computer is HP EliteBook 830 G5 ). I bought it from here: Arduino UNO. It arrived with original Atmel ATMega328P microcontroller and original Atmel ATMega32u microcontroller used as FTDI converter. I pluged it in my computer and after some time of using it, it just stopped working correctly. When I plug it into my computer Windows says this: "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognized it.". It also doesn't smell like buned, doesn't overheat and just green led ( ON led ) flash ( it lights really intesive ) and yellow after little bit of time from pluging into power source just fade from no brightness to full brightness, the RX LED sometimes flash, I'm not sure, but I think TX LED sometimes flash too an after reset yellow LED blink three times ( unlesss I know it is sign that it is not broken ) and then that brigthness thing appears. The only things I did are: I reinstalled CH340, I reinstalled Arduino IDE, I also tried this test on ATMega 328P and ATMega 32u and it had no problem, I burned a bootloader using that test and it worked without any problem and Arduino IDE sometimes seems to show that "something is on some port ( to which is connected that Arduino UNO )" but when I try to flash something to it, it just throws error, I also tried several times select Arduino driver folder as driver source and last thing I tried was using it with some other computer and there was same problem. I don't know what to do with it. I also have Arduino MEGA and I use it with same cable and it works. Please help me, it's makeing me crazy. Thanks for time.

Ps: Sorry for english, I am not from english speaking country.
