I have a machine running Windows server 2016 with a monitor connected, which is on at all times. It has no peripherals connected, just a monitor. If i connect to it on the local network using remote desktop connection(mstcs.exe) i connect to it just fine but i'm not controlling the actual machine, the monitor displays the lockscreen.
How can i connect to the machine and control it live? And keep the changes if i close the RDP connection. I prefer to not use tools like Teamviewer unless this is impossible
