Missing checkbox for terms and condition in Prestashop checout page

Question

In Prestashop checkout page the checkbox for accepting terms and conditions it's missing. There is a small space before the text, where the checkbox should be.

To be able to place the order you must either open the link with terms and conditions, either to use browser inspector on text line and after to close the Inspect Element option. This way the checkbox appears and it's working (though not in the position is should be, more precisely it appears right on top of the text).

This bug it's making me, as you can imagine, crazy, as users will stop trying to use the store.

The presta version it's 1.6.1.14
