Disable selection page objects when selecting form fields

Version of Acrobat: 2019.021.20048 Operating system: Mac OS 10.14.6

Created pdf from Indesign with text forms as Interactive pdf. When I try to select forms in Acrobat by grabbing the desired area with the mouse in the Prepare Forms menu, not only the forms themselves are selecting, but also all the objects on the page: graphics, text, and others. In this case, instead of the "black arrow" element in the menu, "edit text & images" is automatically highlighted. This was not in previous versions of Acrobat and I would like to disable this feature, since there is simply no way to work with groups of forms.

In some places, this selection does not occur, but probably simply because no third-party elements are captured.
