Exchange Autodiscover For Automatic Profile Creation

Question

So, I am trying to figure out a way to automatically create a new users Outlook profile when the launch Outlook for the first time. That way the user doesn't have to click "Let me configure my account manually" > select exchange > then enter their domain credentials.

We are using Exchange 2010, Office 365 ProPlus, and Windows 10.

I added the registry key on a test account, but still no luck. I still have to create the profile manually.

More research has led me to believe that this automated profile creation is driven by Autodiscover. With that being said, I have been troubleshooting this as an Autodiscover issue.

However, when I do a Ctrl + right-click on the Outlook system tray icon and select Test Email Auto-configuration, I do not receive any errors.
