I have a dell latitude laptop . There was an issue with keyboard the issue was only with A and Z Row when I press a or z it types "az" and when ever I press S or X it types "sx" luckily it was under warranty contact dell support. They check weather it was a keyboard language configuration issue then ask me to update driver still not resolved . Then told me to go to bios option and ask to type there but same issue was there as well. So they confirmed it was a hardware issue . Send engineer with keyboard . He fit the keyboard same issue was repeated. Then he said it may be issue with motherboard so replace the motherboard but still issue was there. Now I don't see any other options what is the actual issue. Please suggest if any ..

This it happen in the BIOS, too? Does it happen if you boot from a Live-Linux CD/USB-Stick or the Windows-Installer CD/USB-Stick? – Robert – 2019-10-18T14:07:41.497

Yes happen in bios as well . did't try while os installation. – user2669854 – 2019-10-18T18:28:24.830
