I came across an issue with respect the CURL_OPENSSL_3 while working on an example in buster, Raspberry Pi. I got the error with libcurl.so.4 and curl_openssk_3' version not found. I tried installing libcurl3 but the package is not available in this version. I went to similar issues online but couldn't a solution that got my example working. Please let me know if you have a solution for this issue.
