The toner cartridge is stuck on the right side. The left side moves about an inch, but the right side will not move. It functions properly, but I need to change the toner. I read some posts about a hinge on the printer door causing this, but I can't find an issue with the hinges. The door is completely open. I have tried cycling the power several times to no avail. How can I get my toner cartridge out?
