Question

I get the following error while trying to connect MS-Access 2016 MSO 32-bit to
Crystal Reports VS13SP25_0-10010309 using C# 2017 (Community).

Logon failed:
Detail: ADO Error Code: 08x80040e4d
Source: Microsoft Access Database Engine.
Description: Cannot start your application. The workgroup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user.
SQL state: 3028
Native Error: -124520301

I have installed MS-Office 2016 and MS-Access 2016 32-bit on my machine.
What can I do to fix this error?
