I'm running Windows 7 Home 64-bit on a Gigabyte motherboard with a single ATI HD 5770 graphics card and 2 x 2048 Corsair RAM.
The system seems very unstable, as it randomly decides to crash displaying green/blue vertical lines. This will happen during game play (Warcrack), during web browsing, on startup and even when the machine is idle.
I've tried every driver from Catalyst, and I've also tried varying the GPU settings.
I found a few blogs where people speak of the same issue, and sending it back RMA didn't change their situation. I've run out of ideas. I'm not computer savvy, has anyone got advice before I turn my graphics card into a fancy-looking doorstop?
