While performing test in odiagent it throws below error oracle.odi.runtime.agent.invocation.InvocationException: ODI-1424: Agent host or port cannot be reached using . at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.invocation.RemoteRuntimeAgentInvoker.reThrowAgentErrorAsInvocation(RemoteRuntimeAgentInvoker.java:1405) at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.invocation.RemoteRuntimeAgentInvoker.invoke(RemoteRuntimeAgentInvoker.java:308) at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.invocation.RemoteRuntimeAgentInvoker.invokeIsAlive(RemoteRuntimeAgentInvoker.java:462) ... more such lines ...
Is it due to higher java version as ODI needs >1.6 to < 1.7 IF anyone faced the same issue while installing odi in home-laptop let me know pls ?
