Query Regarding routing a normal phone call through PC

Question

I have an urgent requirement of routing a normal phone call to PC. There are additional requirements such as –

Call will come from landline/mobile number be to a fixed number, and this call should be transferred to PC and user should be able to receive the call and talk to the caller. Call waiting feature should be present. A parallel call should not disturb an existing call. Call receiving time should be recorded. (Call log feature should be present)

Kindly let me know the steps to configure these things.

I have installed asterisk and freePBX server on my Linux machine. But need guidance how to accomplish this.
