Not able to use the scroll feature from my dell touch pad

Question

from control panel i open the Dell Touch pad and this screen pop up came:

Now i can just see the setting option which is again opening into old traditional mouse option from control panel.

But i remember that I used to get the all the gesture options as well on the pointing devices but now there is no option in the touch pad app as well as from the touch pad is not not addressing my scroll up/down via two figures.

Help someone if they have encounter this issue before.
