I am on Windows 10 and occasionaly my Chrome is behaving in a weird way.
A screenshot will help you understand.
If you see I have marked in red the place where normally a text in black color should have come. But it did not come. Same is happening with a couple of pop ups i.e. I visit a few websites and then the websites want to show notifications pop comes which is completely white in color. I can not even see the text Allow or Blocked and the pop up is not even visible to me. What have I done wrong here ? How can this be fixed.

Try in Chrome to go to Settings and check use "Restore settings to their original defaults" to restore them. This cause the loss of some settings that you did. – harrymc – 2019-09-14T14:48:37.723
