How to automate ecom site without applying wait?

Question

I want to automate ecomm application where after buying any product status of order is changed to New and after delivering product it become Delivered.

• But this joinery is undergoing through different statuses

  1. New
  2. Pending
  3. Dispatch
  4. In transit
  5. Delivered

This whole process is taking around 2 hours to complete end to end journey.

Is there any way to automate this process without applying wait. Can i use Jenkins scheduler to automate this process
