Kaspersky SVM deployment on Windows 2019 Server

Question

I am trying to deploy svm from virutal machine to non-domain host (Windows 2019 server). After entering credentials and IP of host machine I am getting an error: "Invalid connection setting or the account does not have sufficient access permissions to connecto the Ingeration Server to the virtual infrastructure"

I am signing in with local Administrator that I also put in Hyper-V administrator group just in case. ERROR I created a new use put it into hyper-V group, same ERROR

Any suggestions?? Thank you
