How to remove the line that separates the header from the body in IBM NOTES Mail Message?

Hello everyone, Hope you're doing well! So the problem is that some users cannot select all the content of the mail because of this seperator. and we have also some users that can and they don't have this line between the header and the body. you can see the picture above. Thanks for your Help.
