I am looking for an application that allows me to take screenshot or part of the screen and then present the screenshot above other windows (Always on top). Is there an application that can do this?
My workaround is to take a screenshot paste it in the default application, then enable Always on top (using a third party app), however the entire app and it's GUI elements are taking up real estate in my screen. It'd be good if the app just held the screenshot itself for me to reference.
