put Kubernetes Dashbord on public https

0

I have EKS cluster v1.12

Dashboard 1.10 works fine on localhost:8001 with kubectl proxy on my machine. I need it to be accessibly from internet.

  1. Unsuccessful try. Put kubectl inside Docker container on server and publish through Nginx r-proxy. (got "unauthorized" on any request)
  2. Unsuccessful try. Add certificates and Ingress to the cluster. Ingress lead to dashboard service. (got "ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE" on any request)

Point me to the HowTo or manual, where I can find solution, please.
