My company has implemented BPM via IBM Content Manager. This is used to pull some reports such as Purchase Requisitions raised. One one of my developer's PC, the report is displayed inside IE but it cannot be extracted into excel. When extract button is pressed, nothing happens. The URL shows:

On another PC, the report is extracted successfully. What could be the error here?
