I want to do a Windows Refresh on v.1903. It seems to go fine until it stops and wants me to choose a keyboard layout. At this point my USB keyboard and mouse no longer work. I thought that maybe if I went back to the PS2 keyboard and mouse that it would let me select a layout. Doesn't work. I've tried to go to REGEDIT and enter 1 to enable the PS2 but that didn't work either. Looking for suggestions to either work around that question/selection issue or another way to refresh my Windows 10 while saving my files.

Perhaps a Windows Setup Command-Line Option, such as
