Transfer sound between two soundcards

0

I have physical and virtual soundcards at my computer. It's possible to set audio output and input for every application in Windows 10 (it's described at Is it possible to have two sources of audio output to different speakers in Windows 10?). Is it possible to set output of a physical soundcard as input for a virtual card and vice versa? For example, I want to talk on Skype (or another messenger) using software IP phone. Skype is linked to a physical soundcard and IP phone is linked to a virtual one. So output of IP phone must be input for Skype and output of Skypme must be input for IP phone.

Do you want to record a Skype call or playback audio in a Skype call? Please phrase your question as much as something you want to achieve (the "what") without a technical solution (the "how"), although it might be helpful to mention what you have tried...

I don't want to record a Skype call. I want to speak to a Skype (Whatsapp, Viber) contact using a software IP phone. So I need to transfer sound from an IP phone to a messenger and vice versa. – Alt – 2019-09-02T18:17:55.113
