I just tried to install Wordpress on the site but when I try to access it says the following: Your server is running PHP version 5.3.27 but WordPress 5.2.2 requires at least 5.6.20....
I tried to find a PHP upgrade option on CPanel but I didn't find...
cannot be accessed to : site/wp-admin

There are several links available to solve this issue. But what i think is that you might need to update the cPannel iteself.
If you have multiPHP Manager installed it could be present here cPanel>>Software>>MutiPHP Manager

That is a dated version form 2014 !! Please check weather you can update the cpannel using the following link
