I tried to find a PHP upgrade option on CPanel but I didn't find...
cannot be accessed to : site/wp-admin
2Is this a server you are managing yourself? If not, please ask the administrator to update it for you. – slhck – 2019-09-02T14:02:20.827

I'm voting to close this question. It has nothing to do with computer software in our scope -- you have to ask the administrator or the hoster to update the (very outdated) version or switch to another host. – slhck – 2019-09-03T07:32:30.173
