I made a custom keyboard layout using MSKLC, and I've assigned a character to the Ctrl+Alt+Shift state of the VK_OEM_3 key (the key left of the 1 key, usually has a backtick ` on US keyboards). When I try to type it, Windows plays the error sound and nothing happens.
Is that key reserved/limited, or is MSKLC just faulty?
