Is it possible to correct corrupt HDD partition, while there are all files yet?

Question

I used Dist Partition tool, and happened an unexpected error during "partition resize" operation, and on partition files become corrupt. Now I see that many .TXT files show part of content of another text files (i remember them) and followed blocks of unknown characters..

All files are on HDD (nothing was deleted), just their content is messed up. Is there any way to fix it?

(tried HDD Regenerator and CHkDsk , but non of them solved)
