I've set a 100% zoom both in preferences and in the Document properties, yet when opening the pdf it's default zoom is 42%, and after adjusting it when using the bookmarks the pdf returns to its default 42%.
I am using Nitropdf on Windows7. Here's a couple of pages of the pdf.
