I have installed Anaconda full package and my sklearn works under Spyder 3 when I open it with Anaconda Navigator.
I think there is some problem with the environment settings thus the sklearn and other packages are not accessible through terminal.
P.S.: Working on Ubuntu 19.04
I don't know how to fix environment (basically path) prob.
Please help !
