How to tell Windows10 not to search the internet but only local volumes

Question

At the bottom of the screen there's a search box whose icon is a white circle and whose tooltip is "Type here to search".

Is there a setting that would cause these searches not to go out to the internet and would confine searches to files on the local machine?
