Restarting the print screen worker process in Windows 10?

Question

I find that sometimes in Windows 10, for some unknown reason, my Print screen key stops working - or rather, when I hit Print screen, nothing new gets put into the clipboard. I assume the background worker process that deals with the Print screen key has crashed or something, because if I reboot the machine it works again. However is there a way I can restart this process without rebooting the machine?
