Arrow keys and backspace have different mappings on Windows 7 Pro Service pack 1.
Related to this question (asked 4+ years ago).
The solution mentioned there is not applicable to version 3.0.7(0.338/5/3). I have searched every directory for vimrc_example.vim, example.vim and .vim with no results.
Did this file changed name? Does this file maybe come with a package in the installation list of Cygwin?
